Donna, who scheduled our appointment, was also wonderful to work with, ensuring that the job was completed prior to the deadline set by our insurance company. Though the pricing was a little more than what we wanted to spend, the work came with a 5 year warranty, so if the moss comes back we will certainly take them up on that and have our roof cleaned again.
