Softwash crew did an outstanding job at our house! Seriously good work, both in the front door area (floor tiles, ceiling, walls), as well as our upper and lower patios in the back of house. The patios were large areas and badly stained with dirt and algae. All areas are now gleaming! We highly recommend this company. Their wonderful work made a significant difference.

Professionalism

Had a great experience with this company on a softwash of our roof and nearly 100 year old stone and stucco house. Owner and technicians were all extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to ensure our plants didn’t get damaged, relocated some hanging baskets that I missed, and set everything back up again afterwards. House looks great. Our brick patio and concrete walkways look better than ever - we had them power washed in the past and this worked better.

Quality, Professionalism

These guys are great, their service far exceeding my expectations and that doesn't happen very often. They were very professional and paid great attention to detail, the house looks amazing! I also feel like they used a lot less water than a typical power washing service which was very nice and the house is super clean again. Moreover, they use less pressure so the water didn't peel off any paint or impact the surface of our cement like other services would. Window sills were nice and clean too! Softwash Platoon is great and I would recommend them to anyone!

Only good things to say about the SoftWash Platoon team. Starting with the first call, everyone was responsive, professional, and true to their word. The cleaning team was top notch, and the exterior of our house has never looked better -- roof, siding, windows, window frames, gutters, eaves, shutters, patio, and patio furniture. I removed all the window screens, and they got a good washing, too. We've been in this house 24 years, and this was our first professional washing. We're done climbing ladders, and even when we did, the house never looked this good.

Our experience with Softwash Platoon was really impressive! We were dealing with some tough black mold on our stucco, roof, eaves, soffits, and trim, and we weren't sure what to do. Thankfully, Softwash Platoon came to the rescue and assured us they could handle it. Chris, the owner, even took the time to explain everything to us, which was super helpful. On top of that, they also cleaned our slate and driveway, and it made a world of difference. Overall, we're really happy with their service and would definitely recommend them if you need soft washing or power washing done. 5 Stars!

We had Softwash Platoon clean the entire exterior of our 1870’s white wood siding house that definitely needed cleaning. From the first meeting and estimate with Chris, to the scheduling with Donna and the cleaning by José and Herbert, we could not be more impressed. Communication was excellent and the work on the house was thorough and done with real care. Prior to starting, José explained the process and what we could expect. It was a scorching hot day and the guys worked hard and cleaned every surface thoroughly. After completing their work, they walked us around to show us what had been done. What a difference the stucco on my home is after having Softwash Platoon work their magic. It was a professional job from start to finish, and the employees were courteous and knowledgeable. After our insurance company did a surprise exterior inspection they requested we have our roof cleaned of the moss/mildew. We hired SoftWash Platoon and they did a fantastic job!! Our roof looks new (our neighbor said they would eat their dinner off it because it looked so clean)! The team, especially Jose, was very polite and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. Donna, who scheduled our appointment, was also wonderful to work with, ensuring that the job was completed prior to the deadline set by our insurance company. Though the pricing was a little more than what we wanted to spend, the work came with a 5 year warranty, so if the moss comes back we will certainly take them up on that and have our roof cleaned again. Excited to maximize our roof life and highly recommend this team and their services.

The team works incredibly hard, and we are always impressed with their thoroughness and the results. The crew paid great attention to detail, taking extra time for the gutters that didn't come clean with only spraying. So they got a good scrubbing too.
