How long does concrete sealer last?

These guys are great, their service far exceeding my expectations and that doesn't happen very often. They were very professional and paid great attention to detail, the house looks amazing! I also feel like they used a lot less water than a typical power washing service which was very nice and the house is super clean again. Moreover, they use less pressure so the water didn't peel off any paint or impact the surface of our cement like other services would. Window sills were nice and clean too! After our insurance company did a surprise exterior inspection they requested we have our roof cleaned of the moss/mildew. We hired SoftWash Platoon and they did a fantastic job!! Our roof looks new (our neighbor said they would eat their dinner off it because it looked so clean)! Donna, who scheduled our appointment, was also wonderful to work with, ensuring that the job was completed prior to the deadline set by our insurance company. Though the pricing was a little more than what we wanted to spend, the work came with a 5 year warranty, so if the moss comes back we will certainly take them up on that and have our roof cleaned again.
