Why should I seal my concrete driveway or patio?

How long does concrete sealer last?
Most sealers last 2–3 years depending on traffic and exposure. We use high-performance sealants that offer long-term durability and protection.
Can I seal dirty or moldy concrete?

After our insurance company did a surprise exterior inspection they requested we have our roof cleaned of the moss/mildew. We hired SoftWash Platoon and they did a fantastic job!! Our roof looks new (our neighbor said they would eat their dinner off it because it looked so clean)! Donna, who scheduled our appointment, was also wonderful to work with, ensuring that the job was completed prior to the deadline set by our insurance company. Though the pricing was a little more than what we wanted to spend, the work came with a 5 year warranty, so if the moss comes back we will certainly take them up on that and have our roof cleaned again.
