Why are my gutters and fascia stained or streaky?
Oxidation, runoff, and air pollutants bond with the surface, causing “tiger striping” and discoloration. These stains don’t wash off with rain or hose water.
Can pressure washing damage my soffits or gutters?
Yes. High-pressure washing can dent gutters and blow water into soffit vents. Our soft wash system cleans effectively without risking damage.
How often should I clean my fascia, soffits, and gutters?
Once every 1–2 years keeps your trim looking fresh and prevents buildup of mold, algae, and stains.
Is this the same as gutter cleaning inside the channels?
No. This service is for external gutter surfaces, along with fascia and soffit cleaning. We do not remove debris from inside gutter channels unless requested as an add-on.

Our roof looks new (our neighbor said they would eat their dinner off it because it looked so clean)!
