After our insurance company did a surprise exterior inspection they requested we have our roof cleaned of the moss/mildew. We hired SoftWash Platoon and they did a fantastic job!! Our roof looks new (our neighbor said they would eat their dinner off it because it looked so clean)! The team, especially Jose, was very polite and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. Donna, who scheduled our appointment, was also wonderful to work with, ensuring that the job was completed prior to the deadline set by our insurance company. Had a great experience with this company on a softwash of our roof and nearly 100 year old stone and stucco house. Owner and technicians were all extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to ensure our plants didn’t get damaged, relocated some hanging baskets that I missed, and set everything back up again afterwards. House looks great. Our brick patio and concrete walkways look better than ever - we had them power washed in the past and this worked better.
