After our insurance company did a surprise exterior inspection they requested we have our roof cleaned of the moss/mildew. We hired SoftWash Platoon and they did a fantastic job!! Our roof looks new (our neighbor said they would eat their dinner off it because it looked so clean)! The team, especially Jose, was very polite and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. Donna, who scheduled our appointment, was also wonderful to work with, ensuring that the job was completed prior to the deadline set by our insurance company. Though the pricing was a little more than what we wanted to spend, the work came with a 5 year warranty, so if the moss comes back we will certainly take them up on that and have our roof cleaned again. Excited to maximize our roof life and highly recommend this team and their services.

The team works incredibly hard, and we are always impressed with their thoroughness and the results. In fact, it drives us crazy when we see all of our neighbors' rooves and siding with the green and black discoloring that makes their homes look run-down... if only they knew how easy it was to get it cleaned!
